This page is for me to record everything I want to achieve and can tick off when completed. The physios all say it’s important to have clear specific goals and records of progress otherwise it’s difficult to keep motivated.
Eat a stuffed crust pizza ( yum yum! )

Go Out for dinner with Phil
Put on weight (target weight 7 stone)
Drive my car
Get back to Jersey
Go to Leannes birthday party (in march)
Go to cinema
Walk to Walton
Find a part time job (no hurry!!)
Start exercising at the gym (not for a while yet)
Increase lung function as much as possible
Ride a bike
Go on holiday
Have piano lessons
Get another puppy
Be Kim’s maid of honour (June 2012)
Spend time with my god- children and my friends babies that have arrived since I’ve been ill.
Catch up with all my family and friends
Raise money for lung charities and Harefield hospital which does such amazing work.
Raise awareness of organ donation and campaign for The ‘opt out’ system.
